Here are four delicious and nutritious recipes to supercharge your energy levels:


Green Smoothie: Kickstart your morning with a delicious green smoothie that's bursting with energy-boosting ingredients. Blend together spinach, banana, pineapple, Greek yogurt, a touch of ginger, and a splash of almond milk until smooth and creamy. Green smoothies are an excellent way to sneak in a serving of leafy greens while providing your body with a natural source of energy and nutrients. Plus, they're quick to make and easy to take on the go.


Chicken & Vegetable Stir-Fry: For a quick, easy, and delicious lunch or dinner, sauté diced chicken breast with broccoli, bell peppers, peas, and carrots in a stir-fry sauce made from soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and a touch of honey. Serve over brown rice for an energizing meal!


Turkey & Avocado Wrap: One of my all-time favorite lunch options. Layer a whole wheat wrap with sliced turkey breast, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and finish with a drizzle of mustard. This is a delicious and easy meal idea.


Frozen Banana Bites: This recipe is one of my all-time favorites! It's easy, delicious, and a great way to sneak in an extra fruit serving into your day. Cut a banana into bite-sized pieces, spread your choice of nut butter on two pieces, combine, dip into melted chocolate, place on a baking sheet, and freeze until the chocolate hardens. Then enjoy!
